FaithLink is a new kind of online Christian community where
church members

Why should I join FaithLink?
FaithLink helps church members expand their
personal networks as well as the personal networks of their friends, and to use
them more easily and effectively for practical tasks such as:
-
Reconnecting with old friends, ward members or mission companions
-
Staying better connected with new and old friends
-
Meeting new people through friends of friends to
make new business connections or to find romance
-
Helping your friends meet new people
Top
You invite your Christian friends to build your personal
network. When you link up with a friend, you're automatically connected to
all his/her friends, and vice versa. When they invite their friends, your
network grows. Eventually, we hope to get the whole Christian community connected!
You can keep in touch with your friends via FaithLink
messages or through your private Friends Board. You can also expand your horizons
by meeting people who share your interests, you might want to date, or maybe
with whom you have a business connection. When you view an interesting profile,
learn how you're connected through your chain of friends.

People of all ages who want to be better
connected to the Christian community.
Anyone can join FaithLink by
starting his or her own FaithLink network and inviting his friends to join.
Only people who are invited by a member of the group, however, can join an existing FaithLink
group.

- Is FaithLink only
for online dating?
Not at all. FaithLink is a great way to meet
interesting Christian people that you wouldn't meet any other way. Meet church members
from other wards. Meet people who snowboard. Whether you're looking for romance
or not, FaithLink is an easy and fun way to meet people who are all part of
your expanded social network.

-
If I am already using an online dating service, should I join FaithLink too?
FaithLink
is complementary to online dating services, because it opens up an
entirely different pool of potential matches - your extended social network.
Even if you're already using an online dating service, you can benefit from FaithLink's
approach. FaithLink helps each member and his friends leverage their
personal networks to build an invitation-only pool of eligible singles.

- What if I want to
help my friend, but don't want to use FaithLink myself?
If you
are not interested in using FaithLink yourself but want to help your friend who
invited you (or other friends), then you should accept the invitation as a "just
helping out” member. You can then help your friend by inviting others to join
the group, but you will not have your own FaithLink profile.

- How much does it
cost to use FaithLink?
During our initial "beta" period, membership
and all services are free!
